| The Season So Far |

| An overveiw of the season so far. |
| Well the weather has been another factor in the season as we reach the half waypoint. The 3rds have made a positive start, but have struggled to keep consistency with their batting. The 'new' opening pairing of Mark Richards and Aaron Hancock looks good, with Marks best of the season being an impressive 139. He has been unlucky with some umpiring decisions...The bowling figures see Aaron having bowled 70 overs, 12 maidens, 249 runs for 20 wickets. His best of the season 6 wickets for 23 runs against Falmouth. He has 3 five wicket hauls. Dean Hicks has bowled 72.3 overs, 22 maidens, 160 runs for 10. Veteran skipper Joe Mac shows age and experience is an asset especially when he helped the Reds secure a victory against local rivals Camborne with and impressive 5 wickets haul for 20 runs. Crofty/Holman lead the division.
