24/01/12 Your Club Needs YOU! - Clubhouse Refurbisment We are asking for help to refurbish our clubhouse ready for a fresh new start both on the field and off it. 2012 will see a number of changes to the club and we want our clubhouse to have a lick of paint before it all happens, this is where you come in! We need as many members as possible from 9am on Sunday 12th February complete with overalls and brushes to help lend a hand. Free refreshments and a T-Shirt provided!! As they say, many hands make light work! |

The 1sts start at home to Ludgvan, 2nds are away to Leedstown, 3rds will be away to Goldsithney and 4ths play Goldsithney 2nds at home. 07/01/12 Winter Nets Nets for senior players will commence on Friday 13th January at Redruth School between 6 and 8PM. Nets for junior players will start on Friday 20th January and will also be at Redruth School these will start at 5PM and finish at 6PM. £3 Charge for seniors. |

Senior Presentation Evening Report
The annual presentation evenings for the Senior teams provided a great round off to what has been a fine season for the club. The evening included a 3 course meal at the Penventon Hotel and a disco with music from none other than DJ Bolly. Report by Sarah Stevens HERE

Youth Presentation Evening Report
The club’s youth section has enjoyed a promising season of cricket with a considerable number of young cricketers also playing adult league cricket on a regular basis. Their season was rounded off with a Presentation evening on the 7th October. Reports by Sarah Stevens HERE

ITS ANOTHER CLEAN SWEEP!
All Redruth teams came away from this weekends games with wins including the 4ths where Chris Pearn beat his own Club Record with a massive innings of 209. The 3rds won by 5 wickets with the 2nds edging home by just 17 runs. The 1sts also had a good win against Launceston where Neil Hornbuckle scored his first century for Redruth. He scored 108 in a total of 334.
CHRIS PEARN DOES IT AGAIN!
He may have been struggling with runs recently but Chris Pearn made a big comeback scoring 209 runs against Goldsithney who were the oposition last time around where Pearn set the record with 201. He made his entrance in the 10th over at number 5 and hit 21 fours and 17 sixes in his innings. He was eventually out in the 37th over, helping his team to a mamoth total of 299. We as a club would like to congratulate Chris on his record breaking aheivement!

Our Clubhouse is situated in a manicured, attractive and open location overlooking the town. We have a function room with adjacent bar and kitchen and can accommodate up to 100 guests.
